Job DescriptionResponsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies of the designed region, aligning with the region’s strategic business objectives and plans. The role requires a strategic, creative thinker who can develop and execute marketing and communications plans and initiatives, support the regional marketing efforts and play a key role in the effective market rollout and ongoing marketing of a portfolio of designed services and initiatives. Key focus for this role will be supporting regional marketing efforts in Europe. What You Will Do:
Reporting to the Director of External Communications, lead development and implementation of corporate strategic marketing and communications plans. Develop and implement the marketing and communications plans for the defined market sectors and region. Align the portfolio of services with market needs and drivers, elevating the brand’s visibility leading to an increase in the regional business revenue. Develop and maintain close relationships with influential industry organizations and institutions to position and create opportunities for ABS. Stay actively informed concerning significant business and technical activities across the defined region and use the information to help promote ABS.
Monitor competitor marketing and communications initiatives to stay ahead in the industry and region. Identify innovative marketing campaigns and opportunities for/within the industry. Analyze marketing efforts and campaign metrics for continuous improvement including spend, conversion rates, pipeline contribution and ROI. Utilize knowledge in digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance outreach and engagement. Identify and implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize marketing strategies and outcomes. What You Will Need: Education and Experience A Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related disciplines. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Ability to foster a collaborative team environment to drive regional marketing success. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking. Expertise in leading marketing and communications planning and activities in a dynamic environment. General understanding of business planning and execution as well as marketing metrics and reporting. Self-starter with a high level of individual responsibility and initiative. Professional creativity, flexibility and adaptability are essential. Good knowledge of the marine and/or offshore sectors. Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Some travel required (Minimal: less than 25%).
Minimum Years Of ExperienceA minimum of (5) years’ Marketing-related experience, including (2) years’ experience as a Marketing Manager or similar experience marketing technical products and/or solutions for a B2B companyReporting Relationships Reports to Manager or Director.
