This role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling meetings, and supporting the team with general office duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner;Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, letters, packages);Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies;Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested;Assist with data entry and updating company databases;Support the HR and finance departments with administrative tasks when required;Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained;Handle basic procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors. Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);Strong organizational and time management skills;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
