How will you make an impact in this role?As a Sr TPM, you will be required to leverage technical knowledge to drive delivery of multi-disciplinary programs across technical, regulatory, and business requirements—from beginning to end, translate business objectives into execution strategy, anticipate, track, and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments to project delivery. Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferredCertifications in project management methodologies is preferred8+ years in program delivery and project managementExperience with Agile/ SAFe/ Lean methodologies a plusExperience managing multiple initiatives, priorities and teamsPreferred Qualifications:
Technical knowledge sufficient to understand and discuss technical challenges and systems designAbility and aptitude to learn new technical skills quickly. Working understanding of major coding languages to track delivery challenges and support solutioningExperience writing technical documentationAbility to manage cross-functional projects with technical deptStrong understanding of organizational, product, and industry standard metrics.
Ability to leverage metrics to diagnose problems and improve deliveryAbility to collaborate across teams and able to build and leverage strong working relationships and bring different opinions to consensusUnderstanding of the full life cycle of product development, from concept to delivery, including Test Driven Development (TDD)Ability to manage the post-production processes, drive quality, and implement testing best practicesTechnical problem solving and issue-resolution abilitiesAbility to maintain a high attention to detail in a deadline-driven work environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadersStrong understanding of interconnections between various business prioritiesDemonstrated knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and management techniques.
