Key Responsibilities Works closely with the director to implement any significant changes to curriculum and testing. Schedule and assist with professional development and training of faculty Assist in the training of both new and experienced teachers which includes classroom observations Assist with policymaking as needed Creation of all assessments for courses.
Create and update program curriculum, materials, and resources to meet the specific needs of learners Provide additional course materials for instructors within the assigned level Substitution for instructors in program as neededIdeal Candidate Profile Good time management skills Excellent professional communication skills (English/Arabic) Good problem-solving skills Able to meet with corporate clients and build relationshipsEducation and Experience MA TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education or related field 5-7 years of relevant experience Created ESP courses in the area of Oil, Business, Aviation, etc. High level of proficiency in English and Arabic Good organizational and time management skills.
