In this pivotal role, the Photographer will capture and edit high-quality images of events and activities, collaborate on visual content strategies, maintain a photo archive, and contribute to storytelling efforts. Key Responsibilities Event & Institutional Photography: Capture high-quality images of events, training sessions, and day-to-day campus life to support CEID’s promotional and documentation needs. Photo Editing & Optimization: Edit, retouch, and prepare photos for use across print and digital platforms including reports, social media, and the website. Visual Content Planning: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop visual strategies that align with CEID’s communication objectives and branding guidelines. Asset Organization & Archiving:

Maintain an organized digital archive of images with appropriate metadata and naming conventions. Technical Setup & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure optimal photographic results by scouting locations, managing lighting setups, and maintaining photography equipment. Ideal Candidate Profile Visual Composition Skills: Understands lighting, framing, and perspective to produce visually striking images. Editing Expertise: Proficient in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for professional image enhancement. Time Management: Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver quality content promptly. Organizational Skills: Maintains a well-structured archive of photos with proper tagging and documentation. Artistic Sensibility:

Has a keen eye for visual storytelling and can translate CEID’s vision into impactful imagery. Education and Experience Required Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Years of Relevant Experience: 3+ years of professional photography experience, preferably in an educational or institutional environment. Specific Skills or Expertise: Proficiency in photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop); strong technical understanding of lighting, composition, and digital asset management. Additional Certifications: Photography certifications are desirable but not required. Personal Attributes:
