Role Purpose: Oversees efficient production processes at field through managing teams and equipment and organizing workflows. Key Responsibilities: Monitors and supervise daily performance of Team Members. Maintains standard hygienic conditions during manufacturing and observe high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety during the shift. Ensures that standard production specification is observed to meet the brand specification and quality of products. Conducts regular training to team members to provide latest updates on quality standards, hygiene guidelines, and food safety principles. Provide proper instructions to Team Members regarding production specifications as per standard.
Resolves inquires and concerns related to hygiene standard in the manufacturing area. Resolves issues and concerns related to raw material quality and manufacturing equipment standards. Monitoring and evaluating daily the raw products as per standards and providing all records relating to production site. Educate and direct employees on the use of equipment, all control points, and resources. Qualifications, Experience and Skills: University degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent with minimum 3 - year experience in food industry process or fresh produce production environment. Certified Advanced Food Safety Program & HACCP /or ISO 22000 implantations course is a must.
