Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks Valid Driver’s License:
Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years) Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs. , and navigate stairs Key Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required) Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Youth Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) , you’ll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need. Your daily responsibilities will include:
