Join our multidisciplinary Community Mental Health & Wellness team at Wilder in providing clinical service delivery that supports our community's mental wellness, critical to Wilder's mission of improving lives today and for generations to come!We are hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor to coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations for Wilder's Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services program (ARMHS).
This position functions as a senior staff member in providing leadership and coordination for the care and treatment of ARMHS clients, managing a continuous inflow of treatment information, ideas and challenges. The person in this role will also assist the Clinical Manager with program growth and development, budget management, research of best practices and resource development. The clinical supervisor is responsible for quality assurance of ARMHS regulations; provides direct supervision of ARMHS providers and our service area operations staff; provides leadership in managing stakeholder relationships, marketing the program with the broader community, and supporting management of county contracts.
Clients and families are served from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, e. g. Hmong, Karen, Cambodian, Vietnamese and African American. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working in a multi-cultural program with adults and their families using trauma informed and culturally responsive mental health service approaches. If hired as a Bilingual Staff Member, interacts with clients by speaking English and another language (e. g. , Hmong, Karen, etc. )Wilder is a first-implementer Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).

LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP license is required. License to practice in MN and board approval as a MN DHS supervisor is required. Experience may not be exchanged for education. Minimum of 5 years of clinical, supervisory, consultation and administrative experience. Experience working with SPMI and SMI adults is preferred.
