About the RoleAs a Junior Recruiter, you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on finding and hiring top-tier Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This is a perfect role for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and has a sharp eye for detail. You'll be responsible for managing the entire recruiting pipeline for our SDR roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish. What You'll DoScreen and evaluate candidates based on their resumes, skills, and experience to determine their fit for our SDR roles.
Manage the full recruitment pipeline for sales positions, from initial application to interview scheduling and communication. Source potential SDR candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal database. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members across different time zones. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process, acting as the primary point of contact. What We're Looking ForA strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software and platforms (experience with an ATS is a major plus!). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
