Your day-to-day will include:Reviewing customer data and documents as part of KYC/CDD checks.Performing risk assessments and transaction monitoring to detect suspicious activity.Investigating alerts from our monitoring systems and escalating red flags when needed.Making sure all documentation and processes meet AML/CFT standards.Using open-source and internal tools to research clients and counterparties.Handling sensitive information with professionalism and care.You’ll work closely with our compliance leads and help clients maintain the highest standards of integrity in their financial operations.What We’re Looking ForFluent in Polish and comfortable using English at work.You have a good understanding of AML/CFT rules (both Polish and EU).Experience in KYC/CDD or AML investigations is a big plus.You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and not afraid of digging into complex cases.You’re responsible, independent, and take pride in your work.If you’ve ever worked in compliance, due diligence, or fraud prevention, you’ll feel right at home here.Why Join UsWork with international fintech and crypto projects — no two days are the same.Be part of a small, agile, and ambitious team where your ideas matter.Remote-first setup with flexible working hours.Competitive pay and growth opportunities as we expand globally.Access to training, tools, and expert guidance in AML and compliance.At ComplyWiser, we believe that compliance can be smart, simple, and human.
