This role is ideal for candidates with 3–6 years of experience who also bring strong IT affinity and can contribute to the digitization and automation of compliance processes.Your responsibilityPerform AML/KYC/KYA due diligence on investors, investments, and service providers, including onboarding and ongoing monitoring.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure full business support and timely transaction execution.Contribute to the digitization and streamlining of compliance workflows, including data management, process automation, and systems optimization.Contribute to optimizing AML/CFT measures tailored to different groups of assets and investors in line with Luxembourg regulations.Contribute to governance oversight tasks and the preparation of regulatory and internal reports.Monitor legislation and regulation initiatives targeting AML/KYC/KYA obligations as well as the evolving market practices related to new regulationsSupport internal and external auditsPrepare documentation for Board and Committee meetings.Your qualificationUniversity degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field or multiple years of professional experience in relevant fields; compliance/AML certifications are a plus.3–6 years of experience in Compliance or AML/KYC ideally within an AIFM or Luxembourg financial services environment.Excellent understanding of Luxembourg AML/CFT regulationsGood understanding of direct and indirect Private Equity, Private Credit and Infrastructure investmentsStrong analytical and communication skills, with high attention to detail.IT-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools, data workflows, and process improvements.Proactive, organized, and eager to grow into broader responsibilities.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German language skills are a strong advantageWhat we offer youA motivated and welcoming team that will make You feel at home from day oneA structured onboarding process to help You understand all key workflowsA beautiful office in charming Luxembourg, with the flexibility to work remotely or from our satellite office near the German borderShort decision paths, open doors, and flat hierarchies – complemented by regular team eventsAn international environment where collaboration, community, and mutual respect are lived valuesAccess to exclusive corporate benefits with attractive discounts on a wide range of products and servicesIf you can identify with our corporate philosophy and profile, seize the opportunity and let us keep writing the success story of Golding Capital Partners together - we are looking forward to your online application!
