AML Manager

Position Summary The AML Team Manager leads the Istanbul-based AML operations team, ensuring effective transaction monitoring, investigations, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of AML Analysts to ensure timely review of alerts and investigations.Oversee the quality and accuracy of case handling, documentation, and escalations.Coordinate with the MLRO on high-risk cases, STRs, and regulatory submissions.Implement process improvements to strengthen AML operational efficiency.Mentor and train team members on AML best practices.Requirements5–7 years of AML operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring systems and EDD/KYC processes.Familiarity with Turkish AML/CTF regulatory requirements.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication (Turkish and English).
