We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Head of Office to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of our workplace. This is a key role that supports both management and team members across the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, partners, and visitors- Manage and organize office operations, supplies, and procedures- Help with organizing visits and exhibits at international trade shows and conferences- Coordinate events and travel arrangements- Maintain track of deadlines to ensure on-time execution- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation and filing- Support management and other departments with administrative tasks- Monitor office expenses and assist in budget tracking- Ensure the office is clean, safe, and well-maintainedRequirements- Secondary school diploma or university degree (preferably in business, administration, or a related field)- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; additional experience is an advantage- Excellent command of Croatian (spoken and written)- Very Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are plus but not required- Strong organizational and communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
