You’ll monitor, coordinate, and improve the impact of campaigns and activations delivered by creative, event, PR, and digital teams—ensuring these efforts reach and engage legal-age audiences at scale. This role requires a strategic mindset to track performance, identify optimization opportunities, and maintain alignment with business and brand objectivesKey ResponsibilitiesAmplification Oversight & StrategyEnsure all amplification initiatives (social campaigns, content partnerships, non-paid collaborator activations, events, and collaborations) are completed in time and in line with brand strategies. Develop a clear amplification framework, define objectives and KPIs, and provide strategic input improveize campaign visibility and impact.Coordination & TrackingWork closely with internal teams (digital, brand, PR, events) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution. Maintain a master calendar of amplification efforts, track progress, resolve executional gaps, and oversee external partners to ensure deliverables meet performance and compliance standards.Measurements & InsightsContinuously monitor performance metrics across social, non-paid collaborators, events, and partnerships. Generate regular reports, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and enhance the amplification approach.Team Member ManagementAct as the key liaison between brand owners, creative teams, commercial teams, and agencies. Support cross-functional teams to ensure all amplification initiatives are integrated into broader digital and marketing plans.Budget & Resource Allocation:Support the tracking and optimization of amplification budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and ROIWho We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields.4+ years’ experience in marketing, media amplification, project coordination, or related roles, with experience overseeing multi-channel campaigns.Strong organizational and tracking skills, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Familiarity with social media, events, and non-traditional media channels from a strategy and oversight perspective.Excellent analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.Experience working with agencies and external partners.Proficient English and strong communication skills.Diligent and proactive mindset, ensuring flawless execution of amplification effortsWhat We OfferOur Success Depends On Our Dedicated Employees Who Come To Work Every Day With a Sense Of Purpose And An Appetite For Progress.
