 YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead efforts to develop and implement best practices for client data management, migration, and integration processesDesign, build, and improve Power BI reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholdersSupport data imports, data flows, and system integrations to ensure seamless data transfer and consistencyCollaborate with clients and internal teams to understand data needs, translating them into scalable, efficient solutionsEstablish standards for data quality, security, and governance across projects and internal processesAdvise on data-related strategies to optimize reporting, analytics, and decision-makingDocument processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and continuous improvement WHAT YOU BRING Proven experience with data migration, integrations, and Power BI reportingStrong understanding of data flows, management, and best practicesAbility to lead initiatives around data quality, security, and standardsExcellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skillsPassion for creating scalable, effective data solutions that benefit clients and teamsSelf-motivated, proactive, and eager to influence data practices at a broader levelBackground in data science, computer science, or related fields is a plus WHY JOIN US?
