This is a hands-on QA specialist position in a fast-growing global business and development teamCreate and execute test plans for Releases and SprintsSuccessfully interpret and clarify business requirements, and translates the business requirements into specific case designs for very large complex solutions and integrating architectureDesign, review and execute functional test cases in conjunction with other teams, including developers, business and operational usersIdentify, document and track defects using bug tracking tools and work with developers to ensure timely resolutionPrepare comprehensive test reports and communicate findings to relevant teamsEngage business sign-offs for functional requirements post QA testingProvide guidance and coaching to junior QA team membersContribute ideas on technology and process to ensure the team is productive and successful
