As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented聽Operations Coordinator聽to assist in supporting our business development and client service operations. Key Responsibilities: 路聽聽聽聽聽聽Coordinate and track processes, renewals, and visa-related activities. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽Liaise with government departments for processing client requirements. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and related tasks. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽Support the business development team with administrative and operational requirements. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽Ensure timely updates and data entry into internal systems and CRM platforms.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Communicate professionally with clients and maintain strong relationships. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist in managing appointments, scheduling, and follow-up tasks. Requirements: -路聽聽聽聽聽聽Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative support role (preferably with exposure to PRO-related tasks). 路聽聽聽聽聽聽Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM knowledge is a plus. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
