Job Description
SAP R/3 CS support with experience implementing Customer Services projects deep Customer Service knowledge in: I base management Classes system Preventive management Repair services Installation handling Call Handling, including back reporting of time and materials Billing processAdditionally needed knowhow: Integration with other SAP modules (CO, SD, MM) and preferably HR. Mobile solutions, including MAM and MDM. eService solutions / Customer Portals Experience with AIF Knowledge and experience in CS processes (Notification Based on Call Handling, Work pools, Interfaces, EXR…).Expertise to handle custom development and understand process flow/basic troubleshooting by debugging
