Job DescriptionJob Summary-We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Job Responsibility- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries Check-in and check-out guests efficiently Manage reservations and ensure accuracy of guest information Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner Maintain a clean and organized front desk areaCandidate Requirements- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plusSkillsSkills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers Strong customer service orientation Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and reservations Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic bookkeeping Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services
