As part of their 2025 growth strategy, they’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive expansion in renewables, defense, mining, and rail. About the Role: This is a strategic, client-facing role where you’ll lead market development, foster long-term partnerships, and contribute directly to national growth.

Build and manage relationships with clients across NZIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging sectorsLead client meetings (F2F and virtual), supported by CRM tools (HubSpot)Collaborate on proposals, quotes, and strategic planningRepresent the business at tradeshows and internal goal-setting sessionsIdeal Candidate Profile: ✔ Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the Energy sector ✔ Self-driven with a track record of regional growth and client engagement ✔ Detail-oriented, personable, and solutions-focused ✔ Comfortable with long sales cycles and regular travel ✔ Strong communication and CRM skills (HubSpot preferred)Why You Should Apply:
