GenAI Researcher (AI-Agent, ML + Synthetic Data)

Location: Cyprus / HybridStart Date: September or October 2025Application Deadline: August 20, 2025Role DescriptionAnaBioSi-Data is looking for a dynamic GenAI Researcher to join our growing AI team. Thisrole focuses on developing AI agents and generative models to support synthetic datageneration, real-time decision support, and multimodal learning pipelines in the context ofcancer diagnosis and treatment response. Responsibilities- Design and implement generative models (e. g. , GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models) forsynthetic biological and imaging data. - Develop modular AI agents capable of integrating multimodal patient data and producinginterpretable predictions. - Contribute to data augmentation strategies and simulation of rare or missing clinicalscenarios.

- Apply transformer-based architectures to integrate imaging, omics, and clinical data. - Collaborate with domain experts to ensure biological and clinical validity of syntheticdatasets. Required Qualifications- MSc or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, or related field. - Strong experience with GenAI frameworks (e. g. , HuggingFace, Diffusers, StyleGAN). - Proficiency in Python and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn. - Experience with AI model evaluation and validation in biomedical applications. - Ability to work independently and communicate in interdisciplinary teams. Desired Qualifications- Familiarity with biomedical datasets (e. g. , histopathology, omics, clinical data). - Experience with AI agents (e. g. , LangChain, Haystack, RAG pipelines).
