For more information, click here.Location: Sao Paulo, BrazilWhat You Will DoThe Senior Financial Analyst is a member of a functionally aligned team with responsibility to provide best-in-class financial business partnering, financial planning and analysis and impactful opportunity assessments to deliver joint value creation.Responsibilities (including, But Not Limited To):Provide financial leadership to deliver on joint value creation opportunitiesHelp management understand status of progress against plan results, management presentations, analytics and reportingLead budgeting and forecast processes through partnership with several key contacts to develop robust business plans and updates including, but not limited to, management presentations, analytics and reportingFoster an environment of strong internal controlsElevate the financial acumen of the designated functional team by educating business partners on key financial concepts, policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application.Champion continuous improvements in execution including system updates and enhancementsRequirements:What we are looking forMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance roleProfessional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA) is an assetBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business AdministrationConsumer Packaged Goods experience is highly desirableProcess design/improvement experience is an assetKnowledge & Technical Competency Requirements:Demonstrated track-record in influencing business partners with fact-based data and managing change through the use of strong communication skills (verbal, written) including presentationsDemonstrated strong analytical skills and application of technical accounting knowledgeProven ability to work through ambiguity and manage changed effectivelyDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively as part of a teamStrong computer and Excel skills; SAP experience an assetAbility to present complex information and analysis in a clear and concise mannerStrong consumer and customer focusAbility to work with all levels of the organization including senior managementProven time management skills and ability to multi-task effectivelyWhat’s In It For YouAnnual base salary.
