Ready to lead a team that drives real impact across one of Australia’s most vital industries?As the Analysis and Insights Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of monitoring and interpreting domestic and global dairy market trends - delivering powerful insights, market analysis, and economic commentary that informs the entire dairy supply chain.Key Responsibilities Lead the charge in tracking global and domestic dairy trends, market shifts, and economic forces. Drive innovation in data tools, modelling, and publications like Dairy Situation & Outlook. Be the voice of dairy insights—presenting at conferences, engaging with media, and advising stakeholders. Own the narrative—coordinate high-impact reports and keep our industry informed and ahead. Build influence—develop networks and partnerships that strengthen our knowledge base. About YouThis role will suit someone who has the following: A sharp analytical mind and a love for numbers, trends, and storytelling. Top-tier communication—able to simplify complexity and engage diverse audiences. Proven leadership with a hands-on, team-first mindset. A background in agribusiness, economics, or a related field. Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and attention to detail. Experience in agribusiness, with confidence in high-profile, industry-facing roles. Advanced Excel and data modelling skills.
