We are proud to have long-lasting partnerships with our clients.Scale: With more than 1,500 colleagues, we operate across 20+ countries, our scale enables us to support our clients globally and locally, providing a seamless client experience across borders and service lines.Job DescriptionWhat’s In It For YouCompetitive salaryWe are globally hybrid (please check the specifics for this role during interview process) Flexible working hoursPrivate Pension Plan fully paid by the company after probationPrivate medical insurance with Catastrophe cover fully paid by the companyEmployee recognition program and spot bonusesPurpose of the JobTo ensure that:file reviews are conducted to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.the Global File Review team members have the knowledge, skills and support they need to effectively carry out their responsibilities and contribute to Ocorian's compliance efforts.Main ResponsibilitiesQuality ControlPerform Quality Control (QC) on file reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to AML/CFT standards.Document findings and ensure all relevant information is properly assessed.Flag missing or inconsistent information for further review.Feedback & Coaching SupportAssist in identifying training needs and support knowledge sharing.Work closely with QC team members to clarify findings.Assist in coordinating training sessions.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with the QC team and File Review team to support daily tasks.Liaise with team members to gather input and ensure smooth workflow.Identify discrepancies and support standardisation of review practices.Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.Document ManagementUpdate and maintain QC-related documents, templates, etc.Ensure version control and proper records of updated materials.Documentation & ReportingRecord QC findings accurately in tracking tools.Prepare summaries of issues identified for review by team members.Support quality reporting and analysis for continuous improvement.QualificationsDegree in Law, Finance, Management, or related fieldCompliance-related certification or training is a plusKnowledge/Skills/ExperienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience in compliance, quality control, or a related roleExposure to AML/CFT framework across multiple jurisdictions is an advantageCompetenciesStrong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations across multiple jurisdictionsWell-versed in different types of structures (Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, Funds, Foundations)Strong focus on quality and accuracy of deliverablesAnalytical and critical thinkingHigh attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyGood organisational and time management skillsTech-savvy and comfortable with digital toolsAdditional InformationOur ValuesAll staff are expected to embody our core values that underpin everything that we do and that reflect the skills and behaviours we all need to be successful.
