Analyst - Project Management - Private Funds Group

Our client is a global Bank, who are looking for an Analyst to join their Private Funds Group in NYC, on the Project Management side. Candidates must have previous experience at a Placement Agent to be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport fundraising project management across private equity, private credit, real assets, and related strategies.Prepare investor marketing materials including private placement memoranda, due diligence questionnaires, and investor presentations.Build and maintain detailed financial models, track records, and fund performance analyses.Coordinate due diligence processes with fund managers and investors.Conduct market research on private markets, comparable funds, and investor activity.Assist in managing internal project workflows to ensure timely and efficient execution.Candidate Profile:A minimum of 1 year of experience from a Placement Agent or Private Funds Group. Candidates who do not have this experience will not be considered.Exposure to private markets is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
