We’re totally transforming our business and building our future on and building our future on one clear purpose – to deliver a smoke-free future.The general purpose of this role is to connect with commercial representatives to resolve issues related to overdue invoices and credit limits, and to apply payments from clients based on remittance information received.Your Day to Day Perform daily Order-to-Cash (O2C) Accounts Receivable management services, including:Reconciliation of collectionsMonitoring customer accounts and collection postingsMaintaining posting rules for bank charges, deductions, etc.Processing direct debitsPreparing and maintaining payment runsReconciling and applying paymentsPerforming and analyzing AR ageing and collections reportsPreparing reportsPerforming bank reconciliation and posting paymentsAct on issues identified in the process by providing workarounds and troubleshooting immediately (issue management).Ensure compliance with company controls, policies, and procedures. Prepare documentation as requested by Corporate and Independent Auditors or for tax-related concerns.Perform knowledge transfers, handbook documentation, and confirmation with affiliates regarding migration of services and onboarding of new affiliates.Participate as a key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures.
