Analyst/ Associate, Capital Introduction

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Capital Introduction Analyst to join our prime brokerage team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong understanding of hedge funds, capital markets, and investor relationships to contribute to a growing and dynamic team in one of Asia’s leading financial hubs.Key Responsibilities Assist the team in maintaining updated records of hedge fund clients and their engagement history. Collaborate with internal teams to support the creation, formatting & updating of marketing materials such as fund profiles, content pieces and investor analysis. Support all team members under the Capital Intelligence team, including Capital Introductions, Business Consulting and Content with a focus on the capital introductions component to the team. Working within project management, Excel, Powerpoint and CRM system. Conduct statistical analysis of hedge fund performance data using various data vendors. Support the execution of capital introduction conferences and client roadshows across the Asia Assist in the research and data gathering efforts of the capital intelligence team to assist the business consulting services and strategic content efforts of the group. Desired Skills A strong academic background on track to obtaining a minimum of a 3.6 GPA or equivalent. Strong interest in hedge funds, investor relations, and financial markets. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with VBA, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Proactive in seeking learning opportunities and feedback. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize effectively. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, sharing of information and collaboration is essential for success. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, VBA & Access Database skills. Strong data manipulation and reporting skills. Ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely. Strong team player and understands the importance of teamwork. Japanese language skills a plus, but not required.
