Analyst

We’re looking for a RFX Specialist to guide buyers in structuring RFX , evaluating supplier proposals, and unlocking the full value of an autonomous negotiation platform. This role is perfect for someone who understands the sourcing process, enjoys working with pricing data, and thrives at the intersection of procurement and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesDeep understanding of procurement processes and the ability to design RFx events that align with aggregated pricing modelsConsolidate and analyze supplier proposals, focusing on price aggregation and comparative evaluation.Advise on lot structuring and allocation strategies within the platform.Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance buyer experience. RequirementsProficiency in MS Excel and quantitative analysis/modelling, ideally with a focus on enabling effective comparison and aggregation of B2B RFx pricing data.Experience with RFx modules in one or more sourcing platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.Strong understanding of the sourcing process and procurement team workflows.Experience running or supporting e-auctions or dynamic bidding processes.Skilled in reviewing and aggregating supplier pricing and proposal data.Clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Flexible to work in rotational shifts. Education & Experience: B.E/ B.Tech with at least 3 years of experience in sourcing/ supplier negotiation/ data analysis/auctions.
