Bringing true, meaningful value to our clients and the communities we serve and creating a real sense of purpose for you.Job DescriptionTo develop and maintain campaign models in line with business requirements, fit for purpose and ensure that they perform at optimal levels.Key responsibilitiesAnalyse model performance in line with agreed model design principles and recommends appropriate amendments to ensure that model delivers as per model design principles.Build models that are fit for purpose and operate within performance metrics.Develop new models (e.g., propensity, churn, micro segmentation, contact-ability, response, etc.) for campaign analytics that deliver value and/or improve on prior model.Optimise future model performance (take up rate, environmental climate, business strategy, model drifts, etc.) against business strategy and actual model performance.Evaluate the appropriateness of models for relevant campaigns and take into consideration the business problem against data nuances.QualificationsUniversity Degree in Mathematical Sciences/Engineering/Computer Science/Data ScienceExperience3-4 years' experience in advanced analytics, combined with sufficient knowledge of products and customer behaviour in a financial services environment.
