Brookfield is committed to the development of our people through challenging work assignments and exposure to diverse businesses.Job DescriptionThe Analyst, Client Reporting (FA) will be part of the Brookfield Asset Management Credit and Insurance Solutions Advisor Group (Credit), focusing on Client Reporting and Finance & Operations to support and enhance these functions. While reporting to the Director, Client Reporting, the role will be multi-faceted and gain exposure by working with leadership and various teams across the broader Credit and overall Brookfield organization.Key Responsibilities:Fund of Fund Reporting:Prepare quarterly and annual reports for Fund of Funds vehicles in accordance with U.S. GAAPPrepare responses for adhoc investor inquiries and annual audit for the Fund of Funds in coordination with external auditors and fund administratorsPrepare and distribute quarterly capital activity notices and capital account statements for investors including Fund of Fund performance reportingClient Reporting:Monitor client reporting obligations across Credit clients to ensure deliverables comply with governing legal agreementsPrepare quarterly client reporting packages, including financial statements, distribution notices, and ad hoc investor inquiries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across deliverablesFund Servicing:Prepare data for monthly process of calculating and reviewing fund commitments and performance metrics to support portfolio monitoring and decision-makingCalculate monthly LP valuations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of pricing and cost allocationsPrepare responses for ad hoc information requests from investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders, providing timely and well-supported analysesLeadership and Expertise Development:Develop strong understanding of key financial and operational areas and contribute ideas to streamline processes enabling internal efficienciesQualifications & Requirements:University degree in Business or Finance2 – 3 years of financial services‐related experience or asset management experience is preferredDemonstrates self-leadership and works independently with minimal supervisionStrong Excel skills, can perform pivot tables, v-lookups with large amounts of dataDetail-oriented, organized and completes work accurately and efficientlyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with positive attitude and proactive approach to work that can work effectivelyBrookfield is committed to maintaining a Positive Work Environment that is safe and respectful; our shared success depends on it.
