Analyst FP&A

StellenbeschreibungWe are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and support our fast-growing SaaS business. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on SaaS metrics and subscription-based revenue models. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that shape strategic decisions and fuel scalable growth.Your tasks:Support the financial planning process including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans tailored to a SaaS business modelAnalyze and report on key SaaS metrics such as ARR/MRR, CAC, CLTV, churn, net retention, and payback periodsDevelop and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market investmentsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align financial plans with business objectivesDeliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis, executive dashboards, and actionable insightsSupport Board and investor reporting, including preparation of presentations and financial narrativesSupport automation and improvements in FP&A tools and systems (e.g., Solution 7, Salesforce and NetSuite)Your skillset:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldExperience in FP&A, with experience in a SaaS or subscription-based businessExperience working for a PE-backed business is a plusDeep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business modelsExcellent Excel and financial modeling skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWhat we offer:A modern office space in either Berlin or Selmsdorf (with flexible remote work options) Competitive benefits, including generous wellness allowances A culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth Opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a scaling SaaS companyAbout UsRapid Data is a leading software provider for the funeral industry in Europe and has been synonymous with innovation and progress since 1989.
