Requisition ID: 103721-0Analyst I (Product Costing)Job Responsibilities Quarterly Cost Review: Coordinate quarterly internal cost review exercise by collaborating with Global Supply Management, Program Management, Materials, and Finance teams. Ensure the timely collection and validation of data from all stakeholders to maintain accurate product costing. Variance Analysis & Forecasting: Develop detailed forecasts and track the plant's Purchase Price Variance (PPV), providing actionable insights into material cost fluctuations. Perform root cause analysis on cost variances, identify key drivers, and present findings and recommendations to management for corrective action.Cost Management & Recovery: Actively monitor the plant's cost recovery programs to ensure all eligible expenses are accurately tracked, documented, and reclaimed. Partner with the Finance team to validate and reconcile cost recovery claims, maximizing financial returns for the facility. Any other duties as assigned.Job Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent. 2 to 4 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Materials, Program Product Costing, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and other MS Office applications. Hands-on experience with an ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Strong data analysis and financial modeling capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments. A highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
