We are committed to democratizing access to financial planning and promoting financial literacy nationwide. We’re building fast. 🚀 Cashku is scaling rapidly and we’re looking for a CEO’s Office Analyst to join us at the centre of it all — working side-by-side with the CEO, shaping strategy, and driving high-impact projects from day one.  About This Role  We’re looking for someone who wants to be in the trenches of a rapidly scaling startup, working directly with the CEO, founders & C-Suites to solve problems, seize opportunities, and scale fast. This is a role for someone who is hungry, relentless, and thrives in uncertainty. You will be pushed, you will wear many hats, and you will be expected to deliver. We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.  Key Responsibilities  Act as an extension of the CEO — managing high-priority initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met, and keeping multiple moving parts in sync.  Conduct thorough market research on competitors, industry landscapes, and emerging business opportunities, including market trends, new products, and services. Drive the establishment of new business partnerships. Contribute to the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and participate in fundraising meetings with VCs, institutional investors, and HNWIs.  Take ownership of and drive various email campaigns and outreach initiatives.   Required Experience and Skills  Holds a degree in either of the following: Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management/Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.  Has a minimum of three years of working experience  Strong understanding of finance and key financial concepts (bonus if you have experience in Fintech).  Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining client engagement and fostering effective teamwork.  Proficiency in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus), with strong communication skills.  Resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to wear multiple hats as needed.  Evidence of hunger: you’ve built something from scratch, taken initiative without being asked, or chased down opportunities others thought were impossible.  Why Cashku  Proximity to leadership: Work directly with founders who bring 20+ years’ experience in fund management. Accelerated network growth: Benefit from a clear growth trajectory and robust networking opportunities, including close collaboration with our CEO/C-suite and active participation in investor and partner meetings, ideal for those seeking regional career advancement. Constant learning: Gain exposure through conference attendance, industry events, and access to academic resources, ensuring continuous upskilling and knowledge enhancement.
