You will use strong consumer & market understanding to identify business performance factors, and work on category and brand strategies. You will have the chance to learn from experienced Marketers and Category Sales teams, assisting them in driving business insight through understanding consumer and shopper data.A day in the life:Develop a deep understanding of consumers, shoppers, and marketplace factors to understand what drives consumer demand and leverage that knowledge to improve business performance. Leverage measurement tools to track key metrics and assess in-market effectiveness, brand equity, and return on marketing investment. Uncover consumer & shopper insights to support the Marketing and category teams in creating engaging brand experiences, strong in-market activations, and winning innovations that are rooted in consumer and shopper understandingContribute to the development of annual category and brand plans, ensuring the consumer and shopper are at the core of the strategic plan. Role RequirementsRecently completed an undergraduate program with a focus on Business Management, Marketing or a similar program.Involved in extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership and initiative. Detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong analytical skills. Skilled in building relationships with diverse internal partners and collaborating on multiple projects. Exceptional verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. Passionate about uncovering consumer & shopper insights, with a can-do attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo.
