This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career analyst who has a deep curiosity about markets and a desire to grow within a fast-moving, performance-driven fund. The firm values initiative, humility, and a willingness to learn far more than pedigree or prior experience.AnalystYou’ll work directly with the Founder/Portfolio Manager on:Idea generation and deep research across equities, identifying fundamental drivers, catalysts, and asymmetric opportunities.Building and defending investment theses from inception through exit — including valuation modeling, competitive dynamics, and risk/reward framing.Attending industry and investor conferences to surface new themes and gain access to management teams.This is mainly an idea seat.
