Analyst

Specific Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)The role involves meeting with system users to understand project scope and collaborating with software developers and project teams to develop a comprehensive test strategy. Responsibilities include identifying business requirements, performing DERMS functional and integration testing, and conducting performance testing as needed. The candidate will write and execute test scripts, perform both manual and automated testing across web and mobile environments, and document findings through detailed bug reports.They will provide objective feedback to the software development team, proactively communicate project requirements, and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders. The role also includes managing all phases of the testing project — from initial planning to completion — while coordinating communication between vendors, project teams, and business stakeholders. This includes identifying process gaps, implementing improvements, and providing regular status updates through reports and meetings.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, capable of motivating teams to meet project deadlines and creating alignment among diverse stakeholders.
