Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity? Our client is a specialist provider of asset services, custody, payments and treasury services. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their ‘centres of excellence’ and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.Working hours : 6am/7am/8am – 3pm/4pm/5pm (Staggered shift)Region : APACWhat will you do?Complete all daily processing and settlement tasks in a timely and accurate manner, following established procedures and policies of RBC.Ensure all aspects of trade ticketing between Front and Back office systems are complete & accurate.Ensure trade allocations / allotments are completed at market EOD. This includes any block trades and CTM trade allocations.Ensure client trades and confirmation are matched and any non-receipts are followed-up with tracers.Ensure all daily processing support tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, following established procedures and policies of RBC.Ensure Corporate Actions Events including Dividends are monitored and managed working with the Traders and Equity support team in Hong Kong.Ensure EOD checks are conducted daily with any outstanding issues identified and escalated as required.Ensure all reports are reviewed on a timely basis and discrepancies and follow-up are monitored closely.Act as primary coverage point for client creation (SUMMIT), client profile management including commission profiles working with Business, QTS and Data Management teams accordingly.RequirementsAbility to multitask, work with minimal local supervision day to day. Flexible and adaptable to different work related situations.Ability to complete ad-hoc tasks and project deliverables by deadlines and achieve performance targets set.Ability to recognize potential operational risk events, minimize those risk events as required.Excellent time management capabilities and ability to work under pressure.Strong in PC skills.Experience in Front to Back Business & Operational Support.Minimal risks events.PreferredDiploma / Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline preferred.Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment.What’s in it for you?
