Analyst

We are hiring an Analyst to join a fast-paced, data-driven team focused on turning information into insights and insights into measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design metrics, analyze performance, and guide strategic and operational decisions.Role & ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities. Design and execute A/B tests and data experiments to validate hypotheses and quantify business impact. Own key business or product metrics — including growth, retention, conversion, and efficiency — and communicate insights through reports and dashboards. Write performant SQL to extract and transform data for recurring analyses and ad-hoc deep dives. Build and maintain self-serve BI dashboards and visualizations using tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau. Partner with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to define measurement frameworks and ensure data quality. Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for decision-makers. Must-Have SkillsStrong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker / Tableau / Power BI). Experience with A/B testing, data analytics, and metric design. Advanced Excel and familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
