The role is permanent and can be based in Stockholm.About Our TeamMeet the Capital Reporting team within the Regulatory Reporting unit, we are a diverse team spanning multiple countries working in processes with a good pulse. We are responsible for delivering capital, financial and statistical reporting to our management team, the public and financial supervisors.Our team add value by ensuring that Nordea is a compliant and trusted bank through providing accurate and timely reports. You will work closely with the Head of Capital Adequacy Reporting and other members of our team to ensure that all reports are in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Collaboration. These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with us.What You’ll Be DoingIn this role you will be responsible for quarterly and monthly reporting to internal and external stakeholders, as well as continuous improvement projects. You will also be part of the development process of the new solutions for upcoming regulations and reporting updates.Main Responsibilities In This RoleEnsure value-adding data quality, production and analysis to internal stakeholders to support business decision makingPerform data queries with purpose of controlling and understanding dataBe responsible as delegate process manager for co-ordinating elements of the capital reporting productionBuild an understanding of the end to end credit risk data flows to provide SME input to change management agendaUse your own initiative to propose and drive activities which will enable both Capital Reporting and Regulatory Reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy of Credit Risk dataLiaise with business change managers to deliver reporting requirements and testingParticipate in various projects within the regulatory reporting field.
