You will collaborate closely with the CMC team and various stakeholders (including ADI BDC, Guidonia, AOQC, R&D, and external service providers) to ensure adherence to content and timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the analytical and QC strategy for product development projects.Manage and monitor the execution of analytical activities relevant to product development to meet CMC program demands.Create project plans, budgets, and milestones; measure and report project performance using appropriate systems and tools.Identify and manage project risks, formulating mitigation strategies considering costs and timelines.Ensure compliance with regulatory and health authority guidelines.Maintain high performance across operational excellence areas (EHS, People, Quality, Service, Efficiency, and Cost).Provide project management support for assigned projects, including interactions with CDMOs.Contribute to product workflows to ensure the delivery of active, safe drugs at reduced costs.Prepare and share documentation related to analytical development for review and approval by stakeholders.Who You AreMS with 5+ years of experience, or PhD with 3 years in analytical method development and project management.Strong understanding of analytical requirements for early-stage biotech product development.Proven experience in analytical method development, validation, and quality control.Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and lead without hierarchical power in a matrix environment.Strong business acumen and results orientation, with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.PMP and/or Belt certification is a plus.What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
