Please note this role does not have relocation budget.Core ResponsibilitiesAs our CFO A&I Transformation Lead, you will provide data technology and architectural leadership across the CFO Analytics & Insights (A&I) organization.Lead the SAP BW migration with the Data Office, ensuring a smooth, timely transition of CFO data.Protect data foundations during ERP transformation to enable continuity in reporting, advanced analytics, and accounting processes.Oversee key finance data flows and digital products, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance across ESG, Planning, and Consolidation.Drive data simplification and growth, expanding x-ELT data sourcing and meeting emerging regulatory reporting needs.Partner with senior stakeholders across CFO ELT, Data Office, ERP Program, BSO, Compliance, and TAX to ensure alignment and delivery.Play your part in our team succeedingYou will be part of the Corporate Finance Systems, Analytics & Insights team within the CFO organization. The team ensures data reliability, accessibility, and insight generation across Finance — enabling digital transformation and data-driven decision-making. This role is pivotal to CFO A&I’s success, driving our migration from legacy systems, strengthening data engineering excellence, and supporting the next generation of analytics capabilities across the LEGO Group.Do you have what it takes?We’re looking for an experienced data technology leader with strong architectural, analytical, and stakeholder skills — passionate about enabling Finance through data, systems, and insights.You bringProven experience leading large-scale data/ERP migrations (e.g., SAP BW).Strong data technology and architectural leadership experience within Finance or enterprise data.Expertise in data flows, integration, and analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, SAP BW, REST API, Power BI flows).Track record of building sustainable analytics foundations and enabling advanced analytics use cases.Experience leading external technical teams and collaborating with senior stakeholdersAbility to balance regulatory and compliance requirements with business insight delivery.A strategic, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and risk management skills.Nice to have Experience in Finance systems, ESG reporting, or data migration programs.Familiarity with Power BI visuals, OneStream, or similar analytics tools.Background in Finance Analytics, FP&A, or Corporate Reporting environments.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
