Analytics Project Coordinator/ Contractor

Job Description
We are seeking an Analytics Project Coordinator/ Contractor to support the Analytics team within Globalization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining data workflows, managing cost data, and supporting the analytics program and project managers. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities - Monitor ongoing data pipeline workflows and troubleshoot errors, consulting with the Analytics Project Manager (PjM) for solutions. - Execute various data ingestion scripts at a regular cadence to ensure smooth reporting workflows. (Examples include ingesting cost data reports, executing Monthly Metrics and Insights script etc.) - Compile and distribute the quarterly Partner Scorecard to vendor partners after approval from the Partner Strategy (PS) team. - Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on cost reports completion. - Perform ad hoc data pulls for the Analytics Program Manager (PgM) and Project Manager (PjM). - Manage external partner access to SPRP dashboards (external Tableau dashboards), handling access requests in consultation with the Analytics PjM and PgM. - Monitor Analytics team's Slack channel for ad hoc requests and respond to queries as applicable. - Perform minor updates and ongoing maintenance of dashboards, including copying visualizations for ad hoc requests. - Triage external partner queries received via email and Zendesk, responding to straightforward queries, escalate complex queries and create Asana tasks for the team's tracking purposes. - Monitor the PE Analytics Asana board for ad hoc requests and assist with documentation as needed."Must Have" Skills - Python (Intermediate to Advanced) - SQL (Intermediate) - Tableau (Intermediate) - Excel and/or Gsheets (Intermediate) - Github Qualifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Familiarity with Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, and Zendesk is a plus.Desired Skills and ExperienceWe are seeking an Analytics Project Coordinator/ Contractor to support the Analytics team within Globalization.
