Project values range from £100k to £3m, with a typical annual portfolio of £3m-4m. Covering contracts in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.
Regional travel required, with a flexible mix of home and site-based workOversee all aspects of project delivery, including health & safety and sub-contractor managementManage multiple projects at one time, ensuring delivery on time and within budgetBuild strong client relationships and identify further project opportunitiesAbout YouExperience in project delivery within the Facilities Management or Building Services sector. Previous background as a Project Supervisor or Project Manager. Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred, though not essential for candidates with relevant project delivery experience. Strong leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills is essential.
