Sales Position Requirements – JapanSales Position – Japan Region (Focus on Flower Growers & Horticulture Wholesale)1. Key Skills (Skills)1. Market Development (Primary Focus) • Develop new clients across Japan, including flower growers, horticultural farms, nurseries, greenhouses, and garden production bases. • Understand the needs of B2B wholesale customers regarding price, durability, and stable supply. • Experience in B2B sales or horticulture-related industries is preferred.2. Communication & Negotiation Skills • Build long-term, stable relationships with flower growers and wholesale clients. • Clearly explain product details such as material, drainage, durability, size specifications, and bulk pricing. • Handle bulk inquiries, long-term supply negotiations, and after-sales communication.3. Product & Industry Understanding • Understand the usage of ceramic pots, nursery pots, and horticultural containers in greenhouses and nurseries. • Provide product suggestions and improvement feedback (e.g., drainage holes, weight, size).4. Data & Analysis Skills • Organize customer data, order history, and repurchase cycles to improve sales efficiency. • Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.5. Cross-Cultural Communication • Coordinate efficiently between Japanese clients and the manufacturing team in China regarding quality, delivery time, and pricing.2. Job Requirements (Requirements)1. Language Skills • Japanese: Business level (N2 or above) • Chinese or English ability is a plus.2. Work Experience • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in horticulture, agriculture, flowers, ceramics, or related industries. • Candidates with existing contacts in flower growers, nurseries, garden shops, or wholesalers are highly preferred.3. Industry Awareness • Understand Japan’s horticulture market needs, such as stable quality, reasonable bulk pricing, and long-term supply cycles. • Interest in ceramic planters and horticultural products is a plus.4. Work Style • Willing to travel to visit growers, nurseries, greenhouses, and attend industry exhibitions. • Able to work independently with strong responsibility and goal orientation.5. Personal Traits • Honest and trustworthy (highly valued by growers). • Energetic, proactive, and able to maintain long-term customer relationships. • Strong stress tolerance and customer service mindset.
