We specialize in enterprise-level IT infrastructure, cloud computing services, and custom technical solutions, and we are on the lookout for someone who shares our passion for digital transformation.‼️Key Responsibilities:-Provide technical support and quick responses to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.-Develop and maintain an Android demo application showcasing the FaceID SDK feature.Create sample code for customers when they need guidance.-Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.-Study FaceID products and features, becoming an expert who can answer all related questions.-Act as a consultant for customer development teams, reviewing code and providing technical advice.-Manage SDK upgrades and guide customers through a smooth migration process.-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner.-Communicate with the Android product team for bug fixes and improvements.-Leverage Linux command-line knowledge for service installation and server log analysis.‼️Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.-Strong experience with Android SDK, multiple Android versions, and different screen sizes.-Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating Android apps with backend services.-Expertise in Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.-Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.-Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.-Knowledge of Git and third-party libraries.-Fluent in both Thai and English.
