Job DescriptionAre you someone who loves making things shine and thrives on creating those “wow” moments for guests? We’re on the lookout for a Lead Housekeeper to join our team at the beautiful Angourie Resort in Yamba. This is your chance to oversee a superstar team of up to 12 Housekeepers, ensuring our 66 apartments and villas, plus every public and common space, are always guest-ready and sparkling clean. You’ll be the go-to person for all things housekeeping, reporting to our Housekeeper Manager and making a real impact on every guest’s stay. What You’ll DoLead & Motivate:
Inspire and guide the team, keeping spirits high and standards even higher. Task Delegation: Keep the wheels turning by efficiently assigning tasks for smooth daily operations. Train & Onboard: Welcome new team members and show them the ropes, ensuring everyone knows our gold-standard procedures. Storeroom Maestro: Manage storeroom inventory like a pro so we’re always ready for action. Quality Assurance: Champion our commitment to a warm, friendly, and immaculate guest experience. Linen Liaison: Work closely with our external linen company to keep everything fresh and fabulous. All-Area Oversight:
Oversee the cleanliness of our apartments and villas, plus all public areas and amenities. What You’ll BringRoster Flexibility: Available to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays (average start 8: 00am, with flexibility as needed).
