Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvementDesign and implement process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile principlesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and enhance efficiencyDefine KPIs, track project performance, and deliver actionable insightsSupport digital transformation and automation initiatives where relevantPrepare reports, process documentation, and client-ready presentationsFacilitate workshops, trainings, and continuous improvement sessions✅ Requirements: 1–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or process improvement rolesSolid understanding of continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
