Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Executive Assistant to theDirector. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrativesupport, managing the executive’s schedule, coordinating meetings andappointments, handling communication, and ensuring the effective operation of theoffice. The role also involves preparing reports, handling confidential documents, andliaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the executive’s work. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred butnot mandatory.  3 to 5 years of proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-suiteexecutives.  Exceptional communication (written & verbal), interpersonal, and organizationalskills.
ď‚· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace,and virtual communication tools. ď‚· Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and time management. ď‚· High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. ď‚· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Key Responsibilities: ď‚· Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, focusing on dailyoperations and strategic initiatives. ď‚· Manage and coordinate calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements,and events efficiently. ď‚· Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence withmeticulous attention to detail. ď‚· Handle confidential documents and communication with integrity and discretion.
 Follow up on action items and tasks delegated by the MD to internal and externalstakeholders.  Act as the point of contact between the MD and clients, senior management, andemployees.  Coordinate board meetings, internal reviews, and performance trackers asrequired.  Assist in business research, MIS reporting, data collection, and documentmanagement.  Monitor emails and communications, prioritizing urgent matters for the MD’sattention.  Support strategic planning, project tracking, and follow-through on key initiatives.
