With centers across Massachusetts and national expansion underway, we’re building a new standard of pediatric developmental care—centered around families, supported by AI, and delivered by deeply compassionate clinical teams. We are seeking a Product Designer based in Ukraine to join our growing tech-enabled team.

You’ll work under the guidance of our Founding Engineer, and alongside senior product and design advisors to rapidly prototype, test, and launch intuitive, AI-powered internal tools for clinical and operational workflows. Note: This role requires at least 4–5 hours of daily availability during U. S. Eastern working hours to enable collaboration with our U. S. -based team.

What You’ll DoDesign intuitive, accessible internal tools that sit at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and operational execution—including dashboards, intake forms, treatment note generators, scheduling engines, and moreCreate clear wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, aligned with our product velocity, clinical accuracy, and compliance requirementsTranslate complex and often ambiguous requirements into simple, effective workflows for non-technical users (therapists, schedulers, trainers, ops managers)Partner closely with engineering and executive leadership to ensure designs are implementation-ready and deliver real value quicklyParticipate in weekly product sprints, async design reviews, and cross-functional planning meetings—contributing to scoping, prioritization, and MVP strategyConduct rapid user testing with clinical and ops stakeholders; iterate quickly based on feedback from BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and internal usersShape and evolve a scalable internal design system, ensuring brand consistency, usability, and accessibility across all ANNA toolingContinuously seek creative, efficient design solutions that support both frontline teams and our long-term vision for AI-powered autism careYou Might Be a Great Fit If You…Has 3–6 years of experience designing complex products—especially internal tools, dashboards, or workflow platformsIs fluent in Figma, familiar with front-end constraints, and confident designing for technical and non-technical usersBrings strong visual design skills, a sharp product mindset, and deep user empathyThrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a bias toward speed, clarity, and iterationCommunicates clearly and proactively in English—both written and verbalCan manage ambiguity, juggle competing priorities, and deliver polished, implementation-ready designs on tight timelinesIs curious about AI, healthcare, and neurodiversity—and eager to work on tools that blend them allBonus:
