Provides support to the Finance Department in the performance of specific accounting functions as outlined below to facilitate the accurate and timely preparation of the Accounting Reports. To work as part of an Accounting Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Department.
Role路Preparation of bank reconciliations for bank accounts on a weekly and monthly basis路Accurate and timely reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts on a weekly and monthly basis路聽Recording of intercompany transactions and agreeing balances with group companies路Perform all duties in conformance with appropriate health, safety, security and environmental policies/ procedures路聽Assist with provision of schedules and support documents in relation to internal and external audits路聽Contribute towards the attainment of Ansa McAL first time quality target路聽Complete any other duties as assigned by the Accountant, Senior Accountant and Finance ManagerDesired Skills and ExperienceBasic Qualifications路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽BSc.
Accounting and/or Pursuing ACCA Level 2路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Minimum 2-3 years progressive Accounting experience in a fast paced environment路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with special emphasis on Microsoft Excel路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Good organization and communication skills and multitasking abilityPreferred Skills and Abilities路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent attention to detail路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to meet strict deadlines路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to work both independently and as a team member路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Must possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
